Wheel of Life
The eight sections in the
Wheel of Life represent balance. Seeing the centre of the wheel as 0 and
the outer edge as 10, rank your current level of satisfaction with each
area of your life by drawing a line to create a new outer edge. The new
perimeter of the circle represents your Wheel of Life. How bumpy would
the ride be if this were a real wheel?
Remember this is your opportunity to assess things honestly for yourself
(and not what you think others might say or what you think you ought to
say). It is a snapshot as at now, and does change day by day and year by
year. You may be making choices over the coming weeks and months that
will change it.
Take the time now to draw the wheel and mark your own scores on it like
the example below.
